These are sessions designed for complete beginners aged 10 years or older who have never tried diving before. You are introduced to diving at a slow pace in a secure environment. We recommend at least one beginner dive before starting on a course. Pre-requisites, medical statement or doctor’s medical, ability to swim. Students are introduced to the instructor who gives them equipment and explains it to them, they then go to the sea and practise on the surface and in very shallow water until they are comfortable, then they go for a half hour dive up to about 6 metres. In the afternoon, we’ll be venturing out for an open water dive, exploring the depths and marveling at the marine life beneath the surface. It promises to be an unforgettable experience, immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the ocean.
